根据当前中国各省市针对新型冠状病毒疫情突发公共卫生事件一级响应的要求，托福考试决定取消在中国大陆地区三月份所有考试。至此，中国大陆地区二、三月份所有托福考试均已取消。

所有原定于3月考试的考生可以免费转考至其他月份，考试费用将全额返还到NEEA账号以便转考其他日期。ETS 已将考试取消的情况以及可能对中国考生带来的影响陆续通知全球大学及院校，并强烈建议他们对因此造成的提交分数延迟予以理解。

Test Cancellations in Mainland China Due to Coronavirus

Due to the Level 1 Public Health Emergency Response announced by the Provincial Governments in China related to the coronavirus (COVID-19), TOEFL testing in Mainland China has been suspended through the end of March. 

If you are scheduled to test during this time, your fee will be refunded to your account, and you will be able to select a new test date without paying a reschedule fee. We are alerting colleges and universities about the cancelled tests and asking them to understand that score delays are through no fault of the test taker.
